SMS (Twilio) add-on$15$285One-time

The core plugin ships every booking feature; the add-ons cover automated Google Calendar sync and SMS. Pick Regular for your own store or a client site where end users are not charged. Pick Extended when you charge end users to use what you build, like a paid SaaS or marketplace. Both licenses hold the same features and the same 6 months of author support.

Regular versus Extended ARB license: which one-time plan to choose for your project

What your one-time payment includes

Your $55 covers the whole engine, not a starter tier. Here is what ships in the box.

ARB Costs tab with base cost and the Add Range pricing-rule repeater in WooCommerce
  • Every core booking feature, including dynamic pricing by person, date, and slot, plus bookable resources like rooms and staff, with no feature gated behind a higher plan.
  • No recurring fee ever, so the price you pay today is the price for life, unlike rivals billed every year.
  • Free future updates, delivered through the Envato Market plugin, including the current v8.0.0 for PHP 8.4, WordPress 6.9, WooCommerce 10, and HPOS.
  • 6 months of author support on the Envato standard, extendable at purchase, backed by ARB's 4.81 out of 5 CodeCanyon rating.

ARB vs recurring booking plugins over 3 years

One payment beats a yearly bill fast. The table shows the three-year cost of ARB against booking plugins billed every year.

Bar chart of three-year cost: ARB 55 dollars one-time versus yearly rivals up to 747

ARBOne-time$55 (Regular)$55

AmeliaYearly (free tier available)from $49/yr~$147+
PluginHive Booking & AppointmentYearly$149/yr~$447

Over three years, ARB saves you roughly $92 to $692 against these rivals, and the gap widens every year after. See how much booking plugins cost across the category, or the best WooCommerce booking plugins compared head to head.

Is ARB the right fit for you?

The honest answer depends on what your bookings need. ARB is a great fit when these are true.

When ARB fits your bookings and when to pick another plugin, side by side
  • You want one-time pricing and no subscription eating your margin.
  • You run WooCommerce and want bookings inside your existing cart, checkout, taxes, and gateways.
  • You need per-person, per-resource, and range-based pricing a simple date-picker cannot handle.

Look elsewhere if any of these are dealbreakers.

  • You need deposits or partial payments at checkout.
  • You require native two-way calendar sync or built-in staff logins and dashboards.
  • You want native SMS without buying the separate $15 add-on.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Regular and Extended license?

Regular covers an end product end users are not charged for. Extended covers one they do pay for. Both ship identical features and the same 6 months of support; only the price and the end-product right differ.

Do I pay for ARB yearly?

No. ARB is a one-time purchase, with no subscription or renewal fee. Author support runs 6 months and is extendable at purchase, but the plugin keeps working and updating on the one-time license.

What's ARB's refund policy?

Refunds follow Envato's CodeCanyon marketplace policies, since the purchase runs through CodeCanyon, not FluentThemes directly. FluentThemes does not publish separate refund terms for ARB outside Envato's standard marketplace policy.

What needs a paid add-on?

Automated Google Calendar sync and SMS notifications both need a separate paid add-on. Everything else, including iCalendar export and email reminders, ships in the base license.

Is there a free version of ARB?

No. ARB has no free or lite version on WordPress.org. Evaluate it through the hosted live demo before you buy.

Does the price include future updates?

Yes. Both licenses include future version updates, delivered through the Envato Market plugin once you enter your purchase code.
