Advanced WooCommerce Booking, Paid Once
ARB adds date, time, person, and resource booking pricing to WooCommerce for a one-time $55 license, no yearly fee. See features, pricing, and how it compares.
For WooCommerce stores that sell time, rooms, or rentals: take complex bookings with per-person and per-resource pricing, and never pay a yearly fee.
Build a test reservation in the live demo first, then buy once on CodeCanyon for $55.

One plugin, one payment, full booking control
ARB turns any WooCommerce product into a bookable Reservable Product, so every reservation runs through the cart and checkout you already trust.
- Pay once, own it: $55 on CodeCanyon, not the $149 to $249 every year the closest rivals charge. See ARB pricing.
- Native to WooCommerce: bookings reuse your cart, coupons, taxes, and every payment gateway your store already runs.
- Price by anything: vary cost by date, time, person type, resource, or slot count, with totals that recalculate live.
- Never double-book: capacity caps and per-resource availability block overlaps automatically.
Six ways ARB handles bookings a date-picker cannot
Each capability maps to one of the Reservable Product's five configuration tabs, and every one ships in the single $55 license.
Control availability and stop double-bookings
Stack availability rules with capacity caps, buffers, and blackout dates so two customers never share a slot.
- Cap max reservations per slot
- Set minimum lead time and booking horizon
- Force buffer gaps between appointments
Set dynamic prices by date, time, person, and slot
Layer unlimited pricing ranges on a base cost, and every total recalculates live as customers choose.
- Add weekend surcharges or off-peak discounts
- Charge per person type or resource
- Discount groups by slot count
Assign rooms, staff, equipment, and units
Give each bookable resource its own price, availability calendar, and quantity, all on one product.
- List unlimited rooms, cars, or providers
- Set per-resource availability and quantity
- Show only the chosen resource's calendar
Add person types and group bookings
Create named person types like Adult, Child, or Ticket, each with its own price and limits.
- Set per-type minimums and maximums
- Count each person as a slot
- Scale one product to 20-seat workshops
Let customers book from a live calendar
The product-page booking calendar shows open dates and hides slots once capacity fills.
- Display remaining slots before checkout
- Book by day, hour, or minute
- Hide the calendar when not needed
Take payment and send reminders automatically
Every booking checks out through WooCommerce and triggers confirmation and reminder emails with an iCalendar attachment.
- Keep PayPal, Stripe, and every gateway
- Send manual or bulk reminders
- Sync to Google Calendar via a paid add-on
From install to first booking in four steps
Setup follows the same path as adding online booking to WordPress, from install to a live reservation.

- Install ARB and enter your CodeCanyon activation token.
- Create a Reservable Product and open its five tabs.
- Set availability, pricing ranges, resources, and person types.
- Publish the product and take your first live booking.
Is ARB right for your store?
Great fit if:
- You want one-time, WooCommerce-native booking with deep availability and pricing control.
- You sell appointments, hotel rooms, rentals, or classes.
- You would rather own a plugin outright than renew it every year.
Look elsewhere if:
- You need built-in deposits or partial payments.
- You need native two-way calendar sync, staff logins, or a native waitlist.
- You need native SMS without the paid $15 add-on.
ARB vs recurring WooCommerce booking plugins
ARB costs $55 once, while the closest WooCommerce-native rivals bill $149 to $249 every year.
| Plugin | Price model | Native WooCommerce scope |
|---|---|---|
| ARB | $55 one-time | Native product type; deep pricing, no built-in deposits or two-way sync |
| WooCommerce Bookings | $249/year | First-party and native; two-way Google sync, but pricier |
| PluginHive | $149/year | Native; minute-level slots and multi-calendar sync |
| Amelia | $49 to $679/year | Not native; bridges into WooCommerce |
| Bookly | Base license plus paid add-ons | Not native; separate booking database |

FAQs
Is ARB a WooCommerce plugin or a standalone system?
ARB is a WooCommerce extension, not a standalone system. It requires an active WooCommerce installation and adds the Reservable Product type to it.
Does ARB charge a yearly subscription?
No. ARB sells as a one-time CodeCanyon license, currently $55 for the Regular License, with no recurring renewal fee for core features.
Is there a free version of ARB?
No. ARB has no free or lite tier on WordPress.org. Evaluate it through the live demo before buying on CodeCanyon.
Does ARB sync with Google Calendar?
Core ARB exports an iCalendar (.ics) file with every booking, importable into Google Calendar manually. Automated, ongoing sync requires the separate, paid ARB Google Calendar add-on. That sync runs one-way only.
Can ARB prevent double-booking?
Yes. Max Reservations per Slot caps capacity per time slot. Per-resource availability rules stop two customers from booking the same room, staff member, or unit at once.
Can I set different prices by date, person, or duration?
Yes. ARB's range-based pricing rules key off slot count, person count, date range, time range, or day of the week. Every range layers on top of a base cost.
Does ARB support deposits or partial payments?
No. ARB has no deposit or split-payment feature. Request for Quote mode and confirmation-required checkout are the closest workflows, and both delay full payment rather than splitting it.
Which payment gateways work with ARB?
Every gateway the store's WooCommerce install already supports, including PayPal, Stripe, Square, Amazon Pay, PayFast, eWay, Cheque Payments, Bank Transfer, and Cash on Delivery.
Can I take quote requests instead of instant payment?
Yes. Enabling Request for Quote mode on a product turns its booking form into a quote request. The admin then sets a custom price for each requester.
Does ARB work with Elementor, WPBakery, and multilingual sites?
Yes. ARB displays through a shortcode and is compatible with the Elementor and WPBakery page builders. It is also WPML-ready for multilingual stores.
