It&#8217;s available for free on <a href=\"http:\/\/poedit.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">poedit.net<\/a>. Install PoEdit on your PC and then follow the following <strong>6 steps<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Open the PoEdit software &gt; Create new translation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/fluentthemes.com\/knowledgebase\/documentation\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/translate-1.png\" alt=\"Create New Translation on PoEdit\" width=\"812\" height=\"578\"><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Locate the <strong>maxhost.pot<\/strong> file from the theme and click on &#8216;Open&#8217; button. The format should be <strong>maxhost-<em>language_code<\/em><\/strong>. (the list of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aurodigo.com\/wordpress-locale-codes-complete-list\/#wordpress-locale-code\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">language codes can be found here<\/a>).<\/p>\n<p>Example: <strong>maxhost-es_ES<\/strong>&nbsp;for <strong>Spanish <\/strong>translation<strong>, maxhost-sv_SE <\/strong>for <strong>Swedish<\/strong> translation<strong>. <\/strong>Once you click <strong style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\">save<\/strong><span style=\"font-size: revert; color: initial;\"> PoEdit will automatically generate .po and .mo files for you.<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The last step is to upload your created language files<span class=\"gmail_default\">&nbsp;(the <strong>.po and .mo<\/strong> files)<\/span>&nbsp;to&nbsp;<strong>wp-content\/<wbr>languages\/themes<\/strong> folder using FTP or cPanel.
